<p>I have been using this <strong>Twitter</strong> <strong>tool</strong> called <a target="_blank" href="http://www.tweetdeck.com">Tweetdeck</a> for a while now. It allows you to easily manage your account and keep track of your followers and those you follow. You can retweet something simply by clicking on the tweeters image. You don&#8217;t have to keep the Twitter web page open all the time.<a href="http://escapethematrix.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/picture-153.png"><br />

<p>It has a really cool feature for creating groups so you can easily monitor those you are most interested in.&nbsp; From it you can do everything you need to do. You can quickly scan your friends tweets and reply to those that are interesting, click on links they recommend, etc.</p>
<p>It works on Mac and PC. It&rsquo;s labeled &ldquo;beta&rdquo;, so buyer beware, but up to this point I haven&rsquo;t found a single bug.</p>

<p>Google has come out with a great service called <strong>Google friend Connect</strong> to help you add social media to your blog. By using the Gogle Friend Connect it makes it easy to have people join your Blog and allow them to interact with you and other members of your blog.</p>
<p>There are also some good directories that you can join to increase exposure of your blog.&nbsp; Look at <a href="http://www.friendconnectified.com/" target="_blank">Friend Connectified</a> or <a href="http://gfcdirectory.com/" target="_blank">Google Friend Connect Directory</a>.&nbsp; </p>

<p>1. Join the GFC community. (Right sidebar at top)<br />
2. Get <a href="http://google.com/friendconnect">your own GFC</a> set up and replying to this post with your URL where we can find and join your group.</p>
